These terms govern the use of the immo-adjointe.ca website and the virtual real estate assistant services offered by Immo Adjointe.
2. Nature of the services
Immo Adjointe provides administrative and operational support to real estate brokers. Immo Adjointe does not replace the industry's regulatory platforms and does not act as a real estate broker.
3. Client responsibilities
The client remains responsible for their professional and ethical obligations, as well as for the accuracy of the information and documents they provide.
4. Billing
Services are billed according to packages or hours banks agreed upon with the client. The specific terms are set when the mandate begins.
5. Confidentiality
Immo Adjointe handles all entrusted information confidentially, in accordance with its privacy policy and Law 25.
6. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, visuals, logo) is the property of Immo Adjointe and may not be reproduced without authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
Immo Adjointe makes every effort to provide a rigorous service but cannot be held responsible for the consequences of professional decisions belonging to the broker or for inaccurate information provided by the broker.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
